ADRF Foundation may facilitate impact investment opportunities and development financing initiatives.
These investments are governed by their own investment agreements and are not treated as retail purchases.
Refunds, withdrawals or redemptions are subject to the applicable investment terms and relevant legislation.

Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and should include photographs where possible.

6. Seeds, Seedlings and Agricultural Inputs
Seeds, seedlings and other agricultural inputs may be returned only where:
- incorrect items were supplied;
- products were damaged before delivery;
- products arrived in an unusable condition.
Because plant performance depends on growing conditions outside our control, ADRF Foundation cannot guarantee germination or crop yields unless expressly stated.
7. Clothing, Textiles and Promotional Items
Clothing, branded merchandise and textile products may be returned within 14 days provided they:
- have not been worn;
- have not been washed;
- remain in their original condition;
- include original labels and packaging where applicable.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the programme.
Unless otherwise stated:

Where ADRF Foundation must cancel an experience, customers will receive either a refund or an alternative booking.

Refunds may only be considered where:
- ADRF Foundation is unable to provide the agreed service;
- both parties agree to terminate the engagement; or
- the agreement specifically provides for a refund.
13. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, this Returns Policy applies.
Orders that have already been prepared or customised may incur cancellation charges.
14. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To assist us in resolving the matter, please provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- a description of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, ADRF Foundation may:
- replace the product;
